International University of Tbilisi announces a competition for academic positions

In the School of Business (undergraduate and graduate programs in business administration):

  • Professor – 2 staff units;
  • Associate professor – 2 staff units;
  • Assistant professor – 2 staff units;

 

In the School of Health (on the English-language undergraduate educational program of physical medicine and rehabilitation):

  • Professor – 1 staff unit;
  • Associate professor – 2 staff units;
  • Assistant professor – 1 staff unit;

 

The candidate participating in the competition must submit to the competition commission:

  • statement;
  • copy of identity document;
  • CV (resume), in Georgian and English, in printed and electronic form;
  • Copies of academic degree awarding document/documents;
  • The documents confirming the education/qualification received abroad (if any) must be accompanied by a notarized Georgian translation and a document recognizing the education received abroad issued by the National Center for the Development of the Quality of Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture;
  • printed and electronic syllabus/syllabus (no more than 3);
  • List of works, textbooks, monographs, articles published in the last 10 years or copies;
  • a document confirming knowledge of a foreign language (in accordance with the language of teaching of the program) (if any);
  • Notice issued by the service agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia about the conviction for committing a crime against sexual freedom and inviolability.

 

The competition will be held in two stages:

  • The first stage - selection of applications by the competition commission;
  • second stage _ interview;

 

Competition deadlines:

  • Acceptance of documents for those wishing to hold an academic position should be carried out from June 18 to June 21, 2024.
  • The first stage of the competition will be held no later than June 25, 2024;
  • The second stage will be held on June 27, 2024.
  • Notification of the results of the competition to the contestants no later than June 28, 2024.
  • The deadline for submission of appeal applications by contestants is from July 1 to July 5, 2024.
