Enrollment based on mobility

Student enrollment at the university through mobility is conducted in accordance with Order N10/n of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, dated February 4, 2010.

Procedure:

1. A student is eligible for mobility if they have been admitted to an accredited higher education institution in Georgia based on established legal criteria and have maintained active student status for one year (the suspension period is not counted);

2. Available mobility vacancies are posted on the electronic portal corresponding to specific schools and higher education programs;

3. Within the designated time frame, the mobility applicant must register on the electronic portal at: https://students.emis.ge/;

4. The applicant is required to submit all necessary documents to the university within the specified deadlines. Following this, they will receive a decision regarding the recognition of credits earned during their mobility period, based on an evaluation;

5. Once credits are recognized, the mobility applicant will receive a decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of their offer to sign an agreement;

6. If accepted, the university will include the mobility applicant in the mobility project and record their information in a unified student registry within the specified deadlines.
