About the Research Center

The Research Center of International University of Tbilisi is a structural unit of the university. The center develops the university's scientific research initiatives, facilitates the implementation of joint research projects with international scientific organizations, and ensures the involvement of young researchers and scientists in scientific activities.

The center conducts its activities based on Georgian legislation, international acts regulating the European Higher Education Area, the present provisions, and other legal acts in force at the university.

Goals of the Research Center:

• Strengthening the university's scientific potential
• Managing the university's scientific activities
• Conducting consulting and expert activities
• Promoting the scientific and technological progress of the country
• Collaborating with other higher education institutions/organizations
• Partnering with Georgian and foreign scientific research organizations
• Supporting the development of young scientific personnel
• Developing international scientific cooperation
• Fostering the establishment and development of a triangle of education, science, and business (including in the field of medicine) with the involvement of the university's scientific potential, partners, and international funds
• Considering the principles and goals of sustainable development in the university's scientific and research activities.
