The Quality Management Department represents the university's management body, which operates in accordance with the university's provisions and the regulations of the Quality Management Department, in line with Georgian legislation and the regulations of the European Higher Education Area regarding quality assurance activities.

The department promotes the university's integration into the European Higher Education Area and the implementation of Bologna Process principles. It is committed to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning quality and initiates necessary activities to foster scholarly work in pursuit of this goal.
