თამარ თავართქილაძე 2024 წლიდან არის თბილისის საერთაშორისო უნივერსიტეტის ბიბლიოთეკის ხელმძღვანელი. 2013 წლიდან მუშაობს აღმოსავლეთ ევროპის უნივერსიტეტში, სხვადასხვა წლებში იკავებდა სპეციალისტის, ბიბლიოთეკის ხელმძღვანელის, მოვალეობის შემსრულებლისა და ბიბლიოთეკარის პოზიციებს.
From 2022 to 2023, she served as the librarian for the "Educational Center School Projector." In the 2021-2022 academic year, she was the head of the library at the private school "Lile."
She is a founding member of the public association "White Scarf 21+1."
From 2002 to 2008, she worked in computer support and as an editor for the magazines and newspapers of the Creator's Diocese of the Georgian Patriarchate, specifically at "Ani and Hoe."
In 2022, Tamara Tavarqiladze completed a general training program for librarians of educational institutions and regional libraries at the Georgian Library Association. Over the years, she has participated in numerous training sessions and professional development courses.
